Best Paper Award of the AMA CBSIG Conference for Niklas Schröder, Dominik Hettich and Torsten Bornemann

Niklas Schröder, Dominik Hettich, and Torsten Bornemann won the "Best Advanced Talk by a PhD Student" award at the AMA CBSIG Conference 2024 in Vienna for their paper "Understanding Consumer Responses to Product Recalls: The Role of a Brand's Warmth and Competence."

In this research, they examine consumer reactions on social media following product recalls and demonstrate how negative reactions after a recall increase with the perceived competence of a brand, while they decrease as perceptions of warmth increase.
