Forum Methodenzentrum "Data Science"

The third Forum Methodenzentrum der Sozialwissenschaften was dedicated to the topic "Data Science" this year.

First, there was a lecture by Prof'in Dr. Frauke Kreuter on "Potentials of Big Data" in the social sciences. In the poster session that followed, Gabriela Alves Werb and Maximilian Matthe (Chair of Electronic Commerce) presented the potentials and applications of data science in marketing research and teaching by Professors Skiera and Schmidberger from an economic point of view.
