Jörg Wrede as Guest in the Pricing lecture from J.-Prof. Dr. Klaus Miller

In the pricing lecture of J.-Prof. Dr. Klaus Miller Jörg Wrede, Head of Pricing Mobile Services from Deutsche Telekom AG presented his view on the current pricing challenges in the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Wrede showed the impressive developments in pricing at Deutsche Telekom from a purely usage-based pricing, to commodity-pricing and a stronger customer-focused pricing today. Especially interesting to hear was which methods Deutsche Telekom used to arrive at pricing decisions and that more and more behavioral aspects play a role in making pricing decisions.
