Science Award 2018: Ass. Prof. Dr. Daniel Ringel wins 2nd place

The german Markenverband e.V. honored Ass. Prof. Dr. Daniel Ringel for his dissertation with the title: "Creating Insights in Large Markets" with the 2nd place in the Science Award 2018.

Every two years the german Markenverband e.V. awards the Science Prize. This year it was awarded for the 20th time. With the 75th anniversary of the association, it is the oldest science award for marketing and brand management in Germany.

The award recognizes scientific and journalistic work that is dedicated to the topic of brand strategy and brand management and that is suitable for broadening or deepening the knowledge of developments in this field in general. Theoretical, methodological and empirical work with a scientific character (e.g. dissertations, habilitations) and with a clear practical relevance are considered as well as the presentation of practical procedures in a systematic view or concepts of fundamental importance.
