Seminar Places Still Available in the Master Seminar „Decision Making: The Role of Social Preferences and Ethical Issues“

Applications open until the 16th of April! Please Send Your Application Directly to the Chair of Marketing.

The seminar course for graduate students (BOR 1:S18 – Advanced Topics in Marketing Research) of the new Chair of Marketing (Prof. Dr. Torsten Bornemann) will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of June 2018 in the Austrian mountain valley Kleinwalsertal.

What is special about this seminar, is the cooperation with the Chair of Management Accounting and Control of the University of Stuttgart. Although students from Goethe University are obviously going to be working on marketing problems, the seminar enables participants to familiarize themselves with the perspective of a second managerial core discipline on their research topic. Alongside presentations and discourse on the subject matter, also group hikes and further leisure activities will be on the program. The title of the seminar in the upcoming summer term is “Decision Making: The Role of Social Preferences and Ethical Issues”. Student individual research topics can be found in the topic list. Since the seminar is a literature seminar, empirical data analysis must not to be carried out.

Prof. Bornemann and his team have already taught this seminar course several times at the University of Stuttgart. Now, this successful format will be continued at the Goethe University. Interested students of the relevant master programs can find detailed information in QIS/LSF. Please do not hesitate to contact Christian Schäfer with your questions regarding the seminar.
