Successfully defended dissertations

On November 11th, two of our doctoral students very successfully defended their dissertations: Siham El Kihal (“Product Return Management in Online Retailing”, Supervisor: Prof. Bernd Skiera) and Laura Graf (“Processing Fluency in Consumer Judgments”, Supervisor: Prof. Jan Landwehr).
