Jessica Knauß

About
Since 2023, Jessica has been an external doctoral candidate at the Chair of Marketing Strategy and Performance and works concurrently as a research associate at the Wiesbaden Business School under Prof. Dr. Mark Elsner’s supervision (Chair of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce).
After completing her vocational training as a Marketing and Communication Specialist, Jessica received a degree in Media Economics at the Stuttgart Media University with an exchange semester at Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp, Belgium. She received her master’s in Sales & Marketing Management from the Wiesbaden Business School.
During her studies, she gained experience as a research assistant and tutor. Additionally, she gained professional experience through jobs and internships in a marketing agency, a media company, and a corporate environment, focusing mainly on project management, marketing and sales, as well as audience and business intelligence.
