Gabriela Alves Werb joined the PhD program at the Graduate School of Economics, Finance and Management (GSEFM) in October 2015 and is since December 2016 a Research Assistant in the Electronic Commerce Chair at the Goethe University.
She studied Production Engineering at the PUC-Rio University in Brazil between 2005 and 2009 and worked 4 years at IBM (IBM Bank), where she dedicated herself to financial sales, financial analysis, controlling, pricing and process improvement. In 2011 she joined the consulting firm Hays, where she focused on the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. In her last assignment (2013-2014) she restructured the Oil & Gas business division in Brazil.
